Overview
Blood flow is the movement of blood through the body's circulatory system. It is a vital process that helps to deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout the body, while carrying away waste products and carbon dioxide. Blood flow is also important for stabilizing body temperature and maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system. Improper blood flow can cause a number of health problems such as stroke, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Therefore, maintaining healthy blood flow is an important factor in achieving overall good health.
