Lymphoma Cells

Lymphoma cells are types of cancerous cells that form in the lymphatic system. They can occur in either B-cells, which originate in the bone marrow, or T-cells, which originate in the thymus. Lymphoma cells are dangerous because they can attack and damage healthy cells. Treatments for lymphoma typically involve chemotherapy, radiation, and/or targeted therapies to shrink or eliminate the tumor cells.
