We welcome clinicians, researchers, and public health specialists with expertise in reproductive health, maternal care, gynecology, fertility, or related fields. We value diverse geographic perspectives.

Applications are reviewed by the editorial office. Approved reviewers receive guidance on review standards, confidentiality, and decision recommendations.
Review assignments are matched to expertise and availability. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, confidential feedback that supports quality improvement.
Most reviewers complete a limited number of reviews each year. Review timelines are discussed with each invitation. If you are unable to accept an invitation, notify the editorial office promptly so we can reassign the manuscript.
Reviewers receive certificates of service and may be acknowledged in journal communications. Exceptional reviewers may be invited to participate in special issues or editorial activities.
