Biography:
- Dr Georgios Michailidis graduated from the School of Agriculture, Department of Animal Science, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2000.
- He continued his studies for a doctoral thesis at the School of Cell and Molecular Biosciences, University of Newcastle upon Tyne, U.K., were he obtained his Ph.D. at 2004.
- He then worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Agrobiotechnology, CERTH, Greece, until 2007.
- At this year he became Lecturer in School of Agriculture, Department of Animal Production, Laboratory of Physiology of Reproduction of Farm Animals, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
- Since 2012 he is Assistant Professor in this University.
