Using approaches of bioinformatics and computational biology to study gene regulation and functional networks, especially effect of epigenetic modifications on gene expression. Also providing bioinformatics service on NGS analyses, diverse -omics data analysis and integration, experiment design, grant support, and training on using bioinformatics analysis tools.
