Fees and payment

Editing fees depend on manuscript length and complexity. We provide a quote before work begins so you can confirm the scope and budget. There is no obligation to proceed after receiving a quote. Fees are separate from APCs and are invoiced only if the author confirms the editing request.

Confidentiality and data security

All manuscripts submitted for language editing are treated as confidential. Files are used only for editing and are not shared outside the editorial workflow. If you need a non disclosure agreement, request it before sending files. We can accommodate institutional requirements where feasible.
