The Journal of Proteomics and Genomics Research invites researchers with expertise in omics fields to join our peer reviewer pool. Reviewers are essential for maintaining publication quality and advancing scientific standards in proteomics, genomics, bioinformatics, and systems biology. We welcome applications from researchers at all career stages who can contribute expert evaluation in their specialty areas.
Reviewer candidates should have research experience and expertise in areas relevant to proteomics and genomics research.

To register as a JPGR reviewer, submit your application to the editorial office. Include your curriculum vitae, areas of expertise relevant to proteomics and genomics research, and ORCID identifier if available. Applications are reviewed and qualified candidates are added to our active reviewer database.
Expertise Areas
Please specify your areas of expertise including specific proteomics or genomics techniques, model organisms, disease areas, computational methods, or other specialty knowledge. Precise expertise information helps us match manuscripts with appropriate reviewers.
Registered reviewers may receive manuscript review invitations based on expertise match and availability. Reviewers are expected to respond to invitations within five days, complete accepted reviews within two to three weeks, and maintain confidentiality of manuscript contents. Declining invitations during busy periods is acceptable with prompt notification.
New reviewers receive guidance on JPGR review standards and expectations. Our editorial management system is user-friendly, and technical support is available for any questions. Resources for continuing development of review skills are available to all registered reviewers.
Reviewer information is maintained confidentially and used only for manuscript assignment and communication purposes. JPGR uses single-blind peer review where reviewer identities are confidential. Your registration information will not be shared with third parties.
