The Journal of Clinical and Diagnostic Pathology (JCDP) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal providing a platform for clinicians, pathologists and biotechnologists to publish the latest findings in clinical and diagnostic pathology. The journal is committed to the advancement of clinical and diagnostic pathology and strives to ensure that high-quality, cutting-edge research is shared with an international audience. Submissions to JCDP include original research articles, reviews and case studies, as well as research methodology articles and essays. All submissions go through rigorous peer review prior to being accepted for publication. The JCDP aims to enable the sharing of clinical and diagnostic pathology knowledge.


Submission Process:

Authors who wish to submit their work to JCDP should first review the Journal's Guide for Authors and adhere to all formatting rules prior to submitting their manuscript via the online submission system. If a submission is accepted, the authors will be asked to provide author agreement forms. Accepted manuscripts are then published online and made available to the scientific community without delay.

Instructions to Prepare your article:

Authors are asked to provide an original, unpublished article that is not under consideration for publication anywhere else. All submitted manuscripts must be written in English and accompanied by a cover letter that includes a detailed explanation of the research presented. Submitted manuscripts should include appropriate figures, tables and references. The journal also encourages authors to submit a data availability statement.

JCDP also considers manuscripts that report on the reanalysis of existing data and encourages authors to provide protocols and detailed descriptions of any reanalysis performed. Authors should follow the JCDP Guidelines for Reporting Reanalysis of Existing Data which includes a checklist for describing the original data, the reanalysis and results.
